There are several companies that sell covers that supposedly block electromagnetic waves but this can not be checked at 100 percent and anyway , if that was the case, the phone wou be unable to make or receive calls or messages. It is best to take precautions and set limits (see the page "How to protect yourself").
There are also various recent inventions that could greatly improve the situation such as the discovery of new materials whose mechanical properties could be very useful at this level. Ex: graphene is derived from graphite. It's flexible but not elastic at all and has a very interesting molecular structure (only H2O molecules pass through it). Many utilities have been found for this material. It is extremely solid, one could ask an elephant to balance on a pencil and put the pencil on a sheet of graphene and it wouldn’t go through it ! This material could be used to make films that would protect us from electromagnetic waves to put on our phones...
